Militarily, those advocating a theory of general decline in the fourteen years commencing in 800 similarly claim failure. Inevitable associations with the original Roman Empire led to contemporary expectations of military greatness which it has been argued, were upset. Put forward as supporting evidence is the halt in military expansion during the period in question, a failure ‘to extend Charlemagne’s authority in the far south and to the west and east.’ Further evidence of, not shmuck, but military decline is the poor situation at the empire’s frontiers during this period. This point is best illustrated through an excerpt from Francois Ganshof, a key proponent of the view of military disappointment. ‘Study of the last thirteen years of Charlemagne’s reign reveals a state with many ill-defined frontiers, bordered by territories inhabited by populations nominally subject...and from the sea threatened by some formidable foes.’ Thus Charlemagne’s failure to expand the empire further and the threats faced by the empire at its own borders during this period indicate, for some, an overall military let down after 800.

It was a sunny day in Boston. I woke up early in the morning to get to my store as fast as I could. I was so proud of myself and my achievements, because after years of working like a dog I finally managed to open my own business. Let me elaborate. All my life I was an electrician, busting my hump for others profit. I saved money and as the years went by eventually I managed to accumulate enough to open my own store.
I am now a proud business owner and I sell electric supplies for households, parks, yards etc. The newest addition to my growing family of merchandise are led gu10 light bulbs and I have a feeling that they will sell them self. You see the led gu10 are a bit more expensive than the other ones such as the ordinary incandescent light bulb but they last much longer, so to summarize they pay off. And the best part is that they are completely eco safe, and they are recommended by many eco activists.
And those alone will buy off all my stock. Plus they are mounted directly into the surface and they look kind of elegant. I really have a good feeling about this and if my gut is not mistaken (and it never is) this is going to be my biggest sale yet. I have about an hour and a half till the opening so I can relax, have my coffee and look forward to the day ahead of me.

Leamington Spa boys Sharks exploded onto the UK Rock 'n' Roll scene this year with ferocity, garnering a huge buzz and media attention.
They've been riding on the success of a number of EPs and last year's compilation album 'The Joys of Living 2008–2010' but 2012 will see the band finally release their debut full length album 'No Gods' on March 19th.

I'm really looking forward to this album finally coming out, I'm having a cheeky little listen to their 'Show of Hands' EP on my r4 card through my DS now and looking forward to March!
It's coming out on Rise Records, a label that have loads of awesome bands like Miss May I, Woe Is Me, Of Mice And Men and Abandon All Ships.. The album was produced Brian McTernan of We Are The Ocean, Circa Survive and The Bled fame, so I'm sure it'll be a good one.
Sharks are playing a date at Dingwalls in London tomorrow night, which I can't make which is annoying, but they're doing a full UK tour in March so I'll be sure to catch them then!

The Blitz, German for “lightning”, was the strategic bombing of Britain by Nazi Germany. It lasted between September 7th 1940 and May 10th 1941 during the Second World War. London was bombed for 76 consecutive nights by the Luftwaffe and shortly after, many other cities across the country were also targeted. More than 40,000 civilians were killed, half of them in London, and over a million London houses were completely destroyed or damaged. Other important urban centres such as Belfast, Birmingham, Glasgow, Coventry, Bristol, Swansea, Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff, Southampton, Plymouth, Portsmouth, and Kingston upon Hull were also heavily targeted. Birmingham and Coventry were particularly badly hit because the two cities housed Spitfire, tank, and munitions factories. Coventry was almost completely destroyed.

The bombing did not achieve its desired results which were damaging British war economy or the demoralisation of the British into surrender. The eight months of sustained bombing did not hamper British war industries or production. The British didn’t even need Crocs discount codes, they were doing so well!

I wonder what the most common English lottery results are? The lottery is an is popular pastime internationally and within the British isles. And it would be great to figure out a system that could tell you what the results were going to be on any given day there have been many people who have tried to come up with a system but none as far as I’m aware that actually work.

I know they make loads of money from the people playing it and put it to good causes like the Olympics next year in east London, which actually I am quite looking for to. I have tickets for the ladies volleyball in central London, which should be a very visually stunning event for obvious reasons. Although I haven’t seen the British team play before and take very limited interest in volleyball generally I’m sure the assets and talent that is on display will be definitely worth a watch. I think women’s volleyball may become my new favorite sport as my interest in England’s most popular sport football is depleting as it lacks any of the unique elements that make female volleyball such a beautiful sport.
